hey guys, has anyone purchased from
Krazy Kustoms Online I just bought this hood from them and i'm not sure if they are a real company... I know that sounds silly but I have emailed and emailed them, I have consistently called and I NEVER get a response, not one time! I just don't understand how these companies can do business this way? I'm about to call my credit card company and cancel the charge unless someone here has dealt with them in the past.

I did business with them about 3 years ago. I never had any trouble with them then. They always stayed in contact and kept me informed with details.
next time do some research before you buy from an internet company.
although, you are probably one of the lucky ones. i used to do business with them.....they take FOREVER to ship stuff out sometimes, but they always came through for me. drop them an email or leave a message saying that you plan to do a chargeback unless you hear something from them by the end of the week. that should light a fire under their asses.

Ya try to do this, it should work. Also I am not sure how much time you gave them but at least 3 days to get back to you.
