i don't have the ls sport so i don't have the holes to mount the fog lights to, so you people with a non-ls and no mounting holes, how did you go about mounting your fog lights in the hole? i'm trying to come up with something but am stumped??
well i have fogs from the fact yet my old ride i had this problem and what i did was measure the hole location and found universal lights at pepboys/auto zone/ advanced etc that fit the size and then cut the holesand mounted the lights in there and wired to a switch inside. they make round ,oval big small imsure u can find a set that fits well with those holes cause the fac fogs have the mounts molded into the bumpers so it would be diffacult to retro fit factorys to a bumper that was not built for them.
how do you get screws in the little hole though?? and how do you drill without taking the bumper off?

u should be able to get acces from the bottom with taken the frnt of the wheel well out it goes under the bumper.if not the universal sets have a peice of double sided tape pads u can use them they work well if u clean the location where they will mount first.
I have a 2005 cavalier and I ran into the same problem as you. I wanted fog lights, but I had no way to mount them. So I decided to put them where the stock fogs go with the other bumper. I used some fog lights I found at Pep Boys, they are Pilot brand and cost like $40.
I have some pics of them here:

Don't ask about the wiring....it is set up kinda weird. I set it up to be controlled by the cars wiring; I do not have a switch in the cabin. I have the blue LED ring on whenever the DRL, parking, or low beams are on. The main light comes on with the High beams, because they were way too bright to use with the lows. Night driving is no problem now, very bright.
First, I cut a piece of heavy paper to the size and shape of the hole in the bumper. Then I glued the paper to a piece of thin (1/8"-1/4") wood, then I shaved the wood down the same as the paper. Checked to ensure that it still fit the opening. I then glued another piece of paper to the other side of the wood, and then a piece of Lexan (I first used some plexi that I had laying around, but it cracked) on either side of the paper/wood. The back side of the fog light was round, so I set my fly cutter on my DP to the same diameter of the back of the light. Very carefully cutting the Lexan/paper/wood sandwich. It came out so close that all it needed was a light sanding to smooth it out. I had to file a small groove in one part of the Lexan for the wires. I cut the opening in the bumper with a hacksaw blade just bigger than the backside of the light. Drilled the holes for some thin bolts I had on hand, with nylock nuts on the back. Secure and it looks incredible.
I gotta agree Rose, the foglight setup looks badass. You haven't gotten pulled over for the blue LED ring though?
Thanks man. The local cops will pull you over if they have nothing better to do. Last month they gave me a warning for 62 in a 60. But I have passed them plenty of times without them giving me a second look.
here is my non-ls lip with fog lights
how did you hook them up?? i mean i had to screw into my bumper and all.. looks like you had tabs all ready for mounting them??

it depends on your fog lights, mine are APC and the mounting bracket i just screwed to the bumber, and i cut the cross bars out so that they fit. Ill take another picture up-close so u can see the mounting bracket. Mine were easy to install and are easy to remove cuz ive changed the blubs already(they've been on there for 2 years)
