Should I buy chrome or black corners to match my black headlights on my 2000 Cav?
I will be painting the lens amber for the JDM look.
Is there a place to buy amber corners?

No there is not a place where you can buy the amber corners. You'll have to paint the lens. Whether you want to buy black or chrome corners is really up to you.
I don't think the black corners would look as good amber as the mirrored ones do, I say just use the stock ones and save the money for something else.
But its your car do what you want.
Also if you didn't know most people use Duplicolor Metalcast paint to do the corners, some also use a stained glass paint. The metalcast can be had at most Autoparts stores, or online. Do how ever many coats you think is dark enough, wet sand with 1000 grit or something close and clear, they will look a lot better that way.
