that was my first reaction too. western union + out of country = scammer usually. although unless he offered to pay much more for the bumper and wanted the rest in return, he wouldnt be scamming much if the western union didnt clear or came back on the person a few weeks later.
so who knows...? maybe he really is one of our boys fightin over in the middle east? or he does just live there? i really dont know....

i live here guys in middle east, and no i'm not iraqi. filipino actually who happens to hate civics . guess am just too stupid to post this.hehe.but really want that bumper. z24 was not released here so..kinda hard to get a z24 bumper. and about western union, i use it to send money.

are you there for work ? from the philippines ? if so alot of filipinos work i out of country places like that, so i do believe him when he says so. but cost of shipping would be so $$$$$$$

your best bet is to contact some of the companies on ebay and bug them to send one to you. they ship stuff all the time (many of them internationally) so they could get you the best shipping price.
