does anyone know where i can purchase a block of foam to make my own kit? i want one big enough for side skirts on a 2000 cavalier
Home Depot, buy a bunch of those insulation boards, cut them in strips and glue em together
i sure hope you have fiberglass experience.......and plenty of it.
i would suggest looking into expanding foam as opposed to blocks. easier to shape and sand.
Just a thought. if you use the white foam, when your done pour laquer thinner on the foam to dissolve it if its difficult to remove. Thinner wont harm the cured resin.

use cardboard to make your molds. try getting the thin stuff..
Make sure the resin doesnt dissolve the foam that you use. If I remember correctly I tried to mix resin in a foam cup and it melted the bottom of it.
