I need help with wiring up the Power mirrors for my new M3 Mirrors.
Heres the description that i need help with:
Stock Power Mirrors: 3 Wires (3 Power 0 Ground)
M3 Power Mirrso: 4 Wires (2 Power 2 Ground)
Now, i tried every possible to hook up these mirrors, and i still can not get them to move in every directions. Heres one of my troubles
I have the 2 Power wires of the M3 Mirrors hooked up to 2 of the Power Wires to the stock mirrors. On my toggle switch to move the mirrors, when i hit left, the driver side goes down, then when i go right, the driver side goes up. Thats all dandy, not a big deal, but then when i put on the ground to the mirror, for some reason when i push right on the toggle switch, the mirror goes right, but then when i push left, and down, the mirror goes down for both.
I have absoluetly no idea on how to wire these mirrors up, and if i cant find out, i might just set them up and dont even bother useing them with the power, and if i need to, ill just use my hand. i just hate doing that though.
I know how to wire the LED's, thats not a problem. just need help with the power, and yes i did search for these suckers.
Last I checked m3 mirrors bolted up just fine and wired just fine too.

same here i have the power cf m3 leds and i take it you have found out what runs the led's and what runs the mirror i had no problems my dad did the wireing on mine and the only thing he did was hook the driverside up backwards so everything is backwards go left the mirro goes right n visa versa my pass one works fine but check it out there should only be one ground for the mirros and a ground for the toggle connect those wires and basically play with the other 3 wires thats my .02 cents
Reality check....
M3 mirrors are for M3's, not Cavaliers.
