Hey all have a quick question. Recently i bought new bulbs for my headlights, Nokya H11 i believe they are. I have only had these in my car for about a month and the passenger side burnt out already. The passenger side also burnt out before which is why i got the nokya bulbs. Now that the one low beam is burnt out both my hi beams are lit up. The hi beams aren't on all the way but they are definitely lit up. I need some help on this one. is it a safety feature that the high beams come on when a low blows out? I didn't think it was but maybe im wrong. any help would be awesome having to replace the passenger bulb after a month is gonna get expensive.

I now have a service light on my dash. Also if i have my headlights and fogs on at the same time and switch on my brights the fogs disable (which they should) but then go back to low beams the fogs don't come back on.
