My 2001 cavalier's right front turn signal flashes quickly all of a sudden does that mean I need a new bulb? could it be burnt out?

change the bulb for a start. Then if it continues its somethin else more expensive. More often than not its a bulb. Both times I've had this problem it was a bulb.

do a test on it first don't just go buy a bulb... turn the blinker on with the ignition on and go look at it.... Check front and back it could be either one! After you realize your bulb is crap go buy a new one and fix it! You're car will be fixed in 3 minutes...

P.S. Mine blink fast all the time on both sides but it's because I run LED's in my blinkers and they use alot less power so the car thinks they're burnt out... I have to get a load resistor to fix the issue but I kind of like them blinking all crazy fast! I run clear reflectors with blue LED's and it looks awesome!
