ok also so people will stop asking this question... to make halos all you need is clear high temp tubing 1/4 or 1/2, 4 leds your choice of color. and clear flat beads. fill tubing with the flat beads, wrap tubing around a cylinder and heat with a heat gun and let cool. insert an led into each side of the tubing. and wire up with proper resistors. repeat for other side.
