Hey guys i got a few pics i took the other day i really liked i so figured i'd share, and well i'm at it i'd like ur opinions....


1st hears some pics...(they look nicer full screen)

now what my question is, is should i paint them all black or the base black and the outter part blue??





MIRROIRS are going into paint this weekend with THE HOOD!...so no need for un-painted hood jokes lol.

If any one has a pic of toyo mirrors with the outer part paint can u please post.?

IMO... outer part blue... base black for the mirrors... nice upgrade on the mirrors... overall I'm a fan of the look of your car... its to bad ontario requires front plates...

Looks really good. I love the backend of that car! Where did you get that nose badge? Can you get just plain carbon fibre? is it a sticker that you overlay on the old one or a complete badge? I would do the base in black and outer in blue for that car.

I think you should ditch the spoiler.. And give it to me! I love the look of your car. Mirrors should be black base, blue outter.

Silver, but gives you the idea...

whole car looks good, stock mirrors,ftw, the rest of the car looks good, the vents on the fender actually looks smooth on there. if you have to paint anything, just paint the outside of them...

i personally like them completely painted but its up to you what you like..

If find it looks odd having the entire mirror painted... but then again it's personal preference.... but it looks a lot cleaner/stock with the black base... there is a reason why most facotry painted mirrors have black bases etc..... I forgot to comment on that spoiler first time.... IMO it looks better then the stock spoiler what type of spoiler is it?

Thanks for the comments , Man, front plates blow hard lol, the front emblem is a full replacement, i got it off ebay, he had a red one listed but got a blue one custom made... I'M LOOKING FOR AN EXTRA CENTER CAP!! for my wheels if any one has one kickin around of can point me in the right direction of a reasonably cheap one as I'm hoping to get an insert made for the wheels. And yea there is a lip kit for this year (sexy as hell) but i'd like to fined some coil overs b4 i travel that road. Spoilers off a 03+ Tiburon

and the vents on the fender do looks smooth but i think it would look way better without them. and i love that wing on there

I agree. The vents are a bit too flashy. Would look better if they were at least color matched blue or painted black to tone them down a bit.

mirror blue, sail panel black..... looks hideous(and tacky) when the whole thing is painted

Tibby spoiler looks good on there.

I think the vents on the fender of any vehicle looks kinda stupid...but thats just me...the tib wing looks great. i kinda like the hood the way it is. as for the mirrors, i would go all blue, but its appernt that my tastes are not that of the majority of the people on this site, lol.

taking the 2200 out of the cavy and throwing it into the sunfire, taking the 3100 out of my friends GrandAm and throwing it into the cavy. XD Definatly a work in process...

Is your trunk filler gloss black or satin black? I thought I remember you saying once that it was gloss.

its a gloss black, atho for some reason its not as glosses as the 1st time i had painted it. I dunno what exact colour of black it is, it was just something we had laying around the shop lol

Gary, your car looks tits man.
That's one of the nicest and cleanest Sunfires I've seen yet.
Great work on it and there's nothing I can complain about it whatsoever.
Plus, the Tibby spoiler looks like it came with the car from the factory. Great choice in spoilers and so very different from the crowd.
