just went to install the trunk lid and can't get it to slide down over the bars...not enough room inside the trunk...theres a bump there. went to the vis site and it says modification required...but doesn't say what to modify...can someone help...hurry please the car is sitting outside with no trunk and i don't wanna have to put the stock one back on lol

I think he means the bars that slide into the trunk. Is there a bump on the inside of the trunk thats causing it to stop? If so, I'm sure a dremel, and steady hands will do the trick.
Thats weird. The VIS trunk I had slid right on. Post some pics of what your talking about
