27W is stock wattage(or close to it at least). I've never used those or even seen them but they're made by GE so they can't be too bad. People usually run into problems when they try 37.5 with the stock lenses.

Stock is 27watts in most GM vehicles. I know for a fact that the 55watt Ford-style bulbs will burn the lense after time. If the ones you're looking at are in the 30's...it's a 50/50 shot.
