i searched a bit...
i'm in dire need of knowing what to do as far as glassing over foam (styrofoam to be exact)
current plan is to wrap with foil.
suggestions?

Yes wrap it with foil...works great.
Also, if you have a release agent, spread that over the foil as well. I'd say 9 times out of 10 you wont have too much trouble getting the glass off of the foil, but once and a while it likes to really stick fast to the foil.
If you dont have any release agent just laying around, rub a real light layer of car wax over the foil before glassing...once the glass dries it should slide right off.
next time, use the green sculpting foam
but like evil said, foil will work fine, esp if you use a little turtle wax on it. hopefully i can make my way up there this week and give you a hand
this is gettin done now, since once i take the bumper off the car it'll probly be trash
i need more resin and hardener right now...and then fun starts.
