Shaving bumper

Im in the process of shaving my rear Z bumper... what i need to know is what epoxy do i use to bond plastics?

hopefully by "in the process" you mean you havent cut anything up yet..... lol

cuz from what ive seen (or read) the ABS plastic that the OEM bumpers are made of are not the easiest of plastics to bond with other types...

well i did cut it but i have another that i am using to match the bodylines up with sooo.. im using the same types of plastic...
However your response has not helped me at all..lol

either Fuzor 147, 3M panel bond 8115

or possibly plastic weld, but I personally have no experience with plastic weld.

actually my response could help you... because my response mentioned how i have read other people talking about how to do the same thing... which means that there is already a thread (or threads) with infomation. which, could lead one to believe that searching may be the answer. lol

im too tired right now to search for you.... maybe later

im sorry for not giving you the answer you wanted. since i have no experience first hand, i thought it would be best for someone else to answer rather than me telling you what i think i remembered reading a while back
