is the xplozion body kit universal for 2 doors and 4 doors, if not...how much work would it take to make it fit

since i see you are a complete newbie, i will do you a favor and let you know this: you reeeeeeally need to search before you post this sort of stuff otherwise you will get flamed to hell and back for it. subjects like this have been gone over again and again and if you are not willing to do a little work to search for something, it will make your time here very unpleasant.
now to point you in the right direction, it depends on if its for a cav or a fire. it isnt universal, although certain parts will fit on more than one make/model. read the sticky at the top for interchangeable parts.
and read the sticky at the top that says "how much will my body work cost"

i would edit my preivious post, but it appears this forum doesnt have an edit button.....i have no interest in bringing the car into a shop to get something done....2 reasons....cant afford it, and i dont like paying for something i can do myself for free/cheap...it just seems like a waste of money.

What would it take to fit the Xplozion rear on a 98 Sunfire 4 door? Sorry, total newb here
it would take a decent amount of glass work since you would basically be reforming the whole top of the bumper to be able to mount correctly. just buy a rear for a 95-05 cavalier 2 door or 4 door and itll bolt right on.

Thanks for the QUICK reply! What exact parts would I need from a 95-05 cav? Does it matter if it comes from a 2dr or 4dr or both? Do you think I would be able to go to a junkyard and be able to pick up these parts?

LOL, im sorry, I read that wrong. I was thinking you were telling me to swap my fire rear for a cav. Is there a rear that i can swap to be able to fit the xplozion back? I would love to have that back bumper! (side skirts and front I don't think look that good....)
Like Tabs said to get it to fit the 98 Sunfire 4-door you will need to get a the Xplozion rear for a cavalier. Also be aware that with a glass kit it does not guarantee fitment so you may have to pay someone or do a lot of work to get it to fit correctly.
