After hours of searching...looking in various sections and catagories I am still lost.
Hell i am not even sure this is the right section.
I am relocating my fuel filler. problem is i don't want to cut the stock cap cause it looks rather tacky...Fetters set-up is nice...but more work than i want to put into it...
How about a filler neck from a boat...simple, some are stylish, anyone done this without any problems?
I remember seeing a pic where someone had a red and chrome one but i can't find the picture anymore.

im not even sure what your talking about. are you trying to remove your gas lid and shave it to relocate it somewhere else? i dont even know what your honestly talking about. seems like your hitting on 2 things
where are you trying to relocate to?
Sorry I wasn't really clear. I am removing the gas filler from the side of the car and relocating it to the trunk....

But from what I have read people are having issues with the stock fuel caps hitting the trunk when they go to close it. instead of using the stock filler neck I was asking about using one for a boat...
maybe something such as this (one that says fuel not waste)
smaller slimmer design and would not hit the trunk lid

i recessed mine lower so its flush, but something like that would be fine. just make sure it will seal it tight or you'll get a check engine light. A. Jones had that issue with his sparco fuel door.
