Has anyone else purchased the bomber front end?? I found the fit up to be horrible and wavy at that.. I just had it put on my car now I am gonna have to custom the hood a little to take the gap out, this will give me reason to put those evil eyes on that I bought a while back though.nullnull

i dont believe many people have that actually..
if its the one i think it is, the bomex if you will for the 95-02 sunfires
odds are its fiberglass and will undoubtedly fit like shat, which is the case with glass usually
but i guess pics would help

The body shop did a good job considering. Its a duraflex bomber front end but I know the one you are talking about..I have to move the marker lights and then add the fog lights cause they werent really sure how I wanted them on there and since I couldnt get my lazy ass to make some sheet metal brackets to mount them in the openings that is what I got.

Lol ok..I was thinking of getting some galvaneal and making the hood com down further to cover that gap but I am not sure how well it will tig weld. Have any suggestion for the side marker lights? I was thinking of putting them on the back of the fender behind the wheel cause right now they are kind of just hanging there cause I couldnt think of a good spot for them.
This bumper is a plastic fiberglass combo suppossed to cutting edge(LOL) but I think they need to do a little more research.
Here is a side view

Is it painted or does the gel coat happen to match? Either way, I believe adding to the bumper would be a better route. Fiberglass is way easier to shape, and if you decide on another bumper down the line, you would have to redo the hood or buy another. Actually, it looks like you could wedge something in the back to push it up a bit.
As for the side markers, I fiberglassed brackets behind my vents and put the markers in sideways (longways going up and down)
