LED Mirror question

Ok I just got some LED mirrors to rep[lace the ild ones that came on the car when i got it.... So im not really sure how they are hooked up but they are connected under the steerin column close to the switch........ But my prob is that i hooked my new ones up and they work fine flash with blinkers and flashers blah blah blah.....But they quit workin evrytime i mash my brakes... then when i let off they continue to work what is the prob???? Help is highly appreciated!!!!!! Serious replies ONLY!

No the old ones didn't work!! But the old ones had a yellow box that the wires went into i guess maybe a circuit or something!!! But i hooked my new ones up to the circuit and they didn't work then so i cut the wires off right before the circuit and they work now!! all besides the whole brake thing!!

any additional info would help.....brand of new/old, any wiring diagrams they included.....etc.

Also, what are your tail lights doing with this? Are they working correctly??

Yes tail lights are working properly thats why it confuses me and they didnt come with any wire diagrams bought from a buddy the old ones are APC i dont know the brand of the new ones though!!

since the old ones are APC, which have an LED control module that is only triggered by the turn signal, I am guessing thats were the problem is. You are going to have to re-tap the wires for the new mirrors. Just make sure you grab an input from the FRONT parking/turn lights.
