Im not really sure what they are called, but I noticed them on a few Jbodies at various meets.
They are used on the front diffuser like this:
But the jbodies I saw had metal, I believe, adjustable rods that came out to the ends of the splitter.
Hopefully this is clearer than mud, and you guys know what I am talking about, but I am trying to locate some of these.
Thanks

so are you looking for a splitter or the metal rods that connect the splitter? ive seen them at lowes, if you mean the supports.
The support rods, I figured their was some sort of special name for them.
If you found them at lowes, they weren't ment for an automotive setup, where about in lowes you find them at?

try typing splitter struts in E-bay.
The ones found at lowes would also be fine, assuming they are made from 100% stainless materials.
i actually bought a set thru vis when i broke a piece off mine for my vis splitter. they only sold them in pairs and i think they were like 40 bucks for a set. i still may even have them.
I dont like those hooks and stuff personally.
and steel, with aluminum body doesnt do much for me either. Yes, they will work, and/or can be made to work.
But as you see below, ones made for cars are a bolt on application, not a bolt through.
I would personally pay the extra to get the 100% aluminum dealies that are made for automotive apps.
