Does anybody know of a way to convert the wiring harness on a 2003 model to a 1996? I have the 95-99 headlights with the 2003+ wiring.... Anybody know of a manufactured conversion piece?

It appears I need a conversion kit from 9007 to 9006 or 9005.

Just cut the 9007 pigtails off and wire in the 9006 and 9005 ones. It's not hard. I've never seen a "conversion kit". I looked into making some pigtail adapters for swaps, but they wouldn't be cheap.

Cant you just change the headlight harness?? The harness plugs together under the battery tray. If you were to change that it would change all of the headlights and corner lights
Yes, but a lot of harnesses aren't just plug and play. It all just depends on the year and model. Me and a friend tried switching harnesses when we did our front swaps, and it didn't work out so well. It's much easier to just cut the 9007 pigtails and wire in the new ones.
Josh I do not remember how we did your car when we did the swap. Did we keep the 2003 bulbs and mount them in the 96 housing's? If so Robert and rewire the 96 lights to the 2003 harness. We did it on another car we swap. IM me and we can talk about it.
