i don't know if this is the right forum but wiht the new color scheme im goign with for next yr im looking for a set of PURPLE plug wires if anyone can help me out that would be appreciated. if this is the wrong forum for this then a mod please move it to the right forum.
never seen purple plug wires for the cav.
try summit, maybe they have some purple ones that are close to the right length, or maybe a cut to length deal you could use.
for some reason i think taylor MIGHT make a set...it would be a set you could have to make fit though

thanx guys i foudn a set for hondas nissans and genreal forgin cars i wonder if i could cut those to fit nology wires???? i found my purple wire loom.i'll check summit out , even if i get a set for a v8 i can use the ones that are long enuff to work where i need them.
ok taylor dose make a cut to length 8 mm wire now do i need to buy new boots for the ends or can i use ones that came off of the 2.2

it just comes in a roll 10 ft of 8mm plug wire says nothing about the boots. would ihave to buy new boots or could i use stock ones that came on the 2.2?

you can't use old boots. they're only good once when making wires. Besides, you want pretty wires with ugly old ass boots?
and making wires is a bitch, in case you haven't done it before.

I would get the little tools they sell just for that job, makes it easier, but still a pain.
thanx pj and john for the heads up hopefully some day i'll come across a purple set i can use from a v8 untill then i'll stick with the factory 2.2 blk plug wires.
