I finally got off my butt and tried to figure out how to make the bumper lights ONLY come on as turn signals(as shown below).

All you need to do is;
1) Remove the bulb/wire harness from the bumper light(need to remove headlights first)
2)Pull back some of the factory electrical tape
3) Cut the middle wire(brown)
4)Tape off the two ends, pull back the factory tape or re-tape it up.
Those of us with Fog lights, It'll really clean up the front end without the extra two lights on the bumper.
I haven't had any problems with the law, I think as long as they still function as turn signals it shouldn't be a problem.
*don't mind the corner lights, I'm in the process of painting them*

i actually took my bumper lights completely out cause the corners are also part of the turn signal. i prefer mines without the bumper lights and have had no problems with them. it does add a lil more voltage to the circuit and in turn when i turn on my lights the turn signal lights in the gauge cluster stay on and blink faster when you turn on your turn signal. other then that its fine. also im runnin the stock rs front until i get the TRD front all fixed up for the spring.
I did that 4 years ago, when it was popular for putting neons on the cars. I had led's inside the bumper lamps, so I didn't want them lit in orange. It was a easy fix.

im pretty sure if you get an EP27 flasher, your fast blink will be solved.

I think he wanted the faster blink, I'd love to remove the lights completely from the bumper but then I'd be stuck with the holes in the bumper.

Lose the headlights too, they're killing that "clean" look you're going for.

I'm not going for a "clean" look. I just don't like the bumper lights on all the time with the headlight/corner lights.

im with you on that i don't liek the amber tear drops on all the time and if they still work with the turn signals then awesome cuz they'll still pass inspection. and thank you 974drfire i asked that question on the audio and elc forum and kept getting a guy telling me to replace the bulb. when all i wanted to know is how to delete the bumper lenz and not have it blinking really fast.
