Just copying from the article but
"Upgrade your vehicle's lighting with a pair of projector Headlights w/ Halo angeleye. The projector headlights provide an intense light beam concentration. They are the latest in styling and design and are made to be an easy do it yourself upgrade. The projector headlights will enable you to upgrade your vehicle by having the latest Euro look on your car or truck! These Angel Eye / Halo headlights will have an LED ring that will circle the low and high beam lights depending on the design of the headlight. The LED rings are separate from the headlights themselves and can be wired to light up independently from the low beams. These headlights meet DOT / SAE standards. For optimum light output and style, use one of our HID conversion kits in combination with these projector headlights!!!"
Projector headlight appears about 10 times in the paragraph?
I could be wrong though :S

lol Okay im quite confused. Are they a dece buy though? I'm more interested in the angel eyes than anything.
Whoops those don't have halos do they? is there any place that sells aftermarket headlights with halos?
Does anybody know why they don't make projectors for an 02? There is quite a bit of demand, and can anybody point me in the direction of somebody who could fabricate some?
Let me know if you're interested in Bi-Xenon Projector Retro-Kit. You can install yourself pretty easily or I can build for you. The kit comes with a pair of premium Bi-Xenon Projectors with CCFL Angel Eyes built right into the projectors and includes a fully digital 50 Watt HID kit. The retro kit goes for $350 A complete build will cost $500. There are a couple of similar kits out there that I've seen, but none quite like these. These kits are custom built for me in the US (not China) with a very unique "compact" design and will fit almost any application.
