filling in ridges?

ive been wanting to paint my eco valve cover but dont like the look of the ridges that are on there, what can i use to fill them in? or is there just nothing that will stand up to the heat?

well if you really want to. i have a crazy idea. you could technically weld them up. or weld a.......damn i cant think of the word.....but its a solid piece of metal comes in a round rod form or a square shaped rod. use the round one obviousally. cut it to size weld it in there...then grind it down. ive never done this and never heard of people doing this so good luck may turn out @!#$ty and look like a turd nugget but if you pick up a couple eco valve cover at the yard by all means go for it. if it works and looks good. then post a how to. if not still take some pics of it and post it so no one else makes the same mistakes........sound like a plan? good go for it.

could weld them....will the 2.0 cover or the 2.4 eco covers fit?

lol may try lol well see if i can get a spare cover , and evo i dont think the other covers will fit im sure someone would have done it alredy lol
