How do you take off the lens on our headlights? I have moisture in the headlight and need to reseal the headlight lens. Anybody have any faster methods on how to fix this problem I have the Chrome one piece Projectors from ebay.
Thanks.

I had the same problem. Take off the headlight and get a blow dryer. Shoot warm air in there until all the moisture is gone. After that, get some clear silicone and go over the edge of the lens, that should do the trick. It worked for me at least.

This is one of the biggest problems with buying "aftermarket" headlights. You can try the above ^ suggestion (may work fine), but the problem is usually that these "aftermarket" manufacturers do not "VENT" these lights adiquately. Most of the time when "condensation" forms inside the lens (causing an accumulation of water inside the light over time), this in NOT due to a poor seal, but more than likely a lack of, or NO venting of the housing at all.
Thus why "aftermarket" lights are CHEAP and custom built are better (most custom built lights start with "factory housings"). Factory headlights are all "vented" adiquately to prevent a difference in air temp. between the outside air and the air in the light.
Sometimes the worst thing you can do to a car light is seal it up tight (this will promote condensation)(especially aftermarket).

If you try to correct, and this still continues, you may have to just deal or invest in custom built lights!!!!

GOOD LUCK!

I think the easiest and most permanent way to fix is drill pinholes on the bottom of the light lens... the very edge of it on the underside so you cant tell. The sun will bake that moisture out and youll have venting as well so it wont happen again. Ive had to do this twice (My 1st Z and an s10) both had ebay headlights...

I had the same problem with some taillights - funny thing, I ignored it because I was upset (and the lifetime warranty from the ebay seller said because they don't sell them anymore that I was outta luck), and then one day I came out and it had fixed itself... Odd, very odd, I had like 20 people asking for them asis for $50 and I could get new one's.

I'm not sure if it was the climate (southern California to middle Canada) change, or what. Crazy I tell ya!
