there is no site. theres a guy on here that makes them. im not sure who it is tho. but there your best bet
John Benham i believe will make custom headlights for you. Shoot him a PM or check out his GP for HID'd and related stuff.

yup john just made mine and they are currently in the mail. I cant wait to get them and post pics! He is definitely a great dude to deal with.

Josh used to be a good guy, but ended up riupping off a ton of people..do not order from there. Get them from John Benham, good guy and does great work..

swapping to a 95-99 front end just for headlights is retarded. if you are doing it because they offer a body kit for than year range that isnt offered for yours....thats another story.
heres a quick shot of the set i made ztwatyfo. you will never come close to the output of these with the projectors they make for the 95-99

Hey John Benham I was reading through this thread and saw you do custom projector head lights for a 2004 chevy cavalier. I just bought bi-xenon HID kit bulb 9007 that fits in the factory headlights however I have been looking for projectors that I could use with this hi/lo bulb any help???? Also what would be the price I would be looking at to have something like this done????

No projectors will take the 9007 bulbs, you would have to switch the bulb to the correct type for the projector. I usually use an infinity projector, and a D2S bulb that goes in them. I use the hi/low function of the wiring harness to drive the projectors cutoff shield for the high/low beam operation.

john how much do you charge to do a 2000 cavalier headlights?
I highly recommend John as well, currently having him make me some projector headlights.
