I want to get something to hide the holes from my front license plate for when I'm at shows and all, but I can't do anything permanent, like having the holes filled, because the front license plate is required here in Illinois and I quite enjoy being left alone by the cops.
I remember reading somewhere online about some little rubber plugs that work well, but I'm not sure what they are actually used for or where I would find them.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Maybe a pic of what kind of holes u are talking about?

you could also buy a Carbon Fiber license plate.
Why not fill the holes, and make a bracket that attatches to the bottom of your bumper.
Then you dont have to sorry about cops, or plugs!

I agree carbon fiber is tacky. I have never been a fan of it.
I am waiting on some pictures from Steve of what he did with his Cav. It sounds promising.
I emailed you the pics Carrie, hope they help.
I got your emails. The pictures definitely helped! I PMd you back with a few questions. Thanks again Steve.
^ Thanks for the info, but my car isn't a show car. It's only a daily driver that I like to take to local cruise nights and shows for the fun of it. Color matched plugs that I can pop in and out of the license plate holes are more than enough for me.
BOOOO
The hide away plates are so much cooler, but okay.
Even for a dd I would rather have that then having it mounted on the bumper,
however my car has a factory spot to mount the plates under the filler panel even though I don't need to have front plates here
But if I did I would definitely be getting the hide away
fill the plugs and get the flip up holder like said above
on a side note swift is 5 minutes from my house :-)
