I have a 2001 cav z24.. I want to put the ground effect package on it and I was wondering if you could buy the two pieces and put them on there?
Or if you gotta buy new bumpers with them already attached.

Theres a how-to somewhere on he how to do it, ive done it. fairly easy. you just need the peices. not new bumpers.
any idea where to find that???
and did you put the pieces on or get like a body shop to do it?

this is correct. the lip kit has about 10 single 1 inch cuts where the supports hold it into the bumper with tie down clips on the opposite end. very very very easy.
