hids problem

so today i've installed bi xenon hids on my bolt. took me about 1 hour, would've been much less if gm engineers were a little brighter and designed a headlight assembly a little better... anyway, overall i am impressed with them, except i don't get high beams for both lights, it's either 1 or the other lol... i checked all the connections, everything looked solid...
the one thing that surprised me in this kit is that it only had 1 blue socket connector, shouldn't there be 2?
i anybody had same problem ?

You should be using a relay harness that comes supplied with BiXenon HIDs. If your harness is equiped with a "bulb socket adaptor" that plugs into your stock headlight socket, there should be 3 wires in it. It may be necessary to swap a couple of wires in the adaptor until it operates correctly. This is pretty common & will not risk damaging any components.

well the blue socket connector tells me there is a relay harness there. you only need to connect that to the drivers side headlight, and both sides will work. You DO need to have BOTH grounds hooked up close to the bulb (should be a small eyelet on the harness by the bi-xenon connection).
