So I have a 2000 silver z24 and havn't done anything to the outside yet (except paint calipers) so wondering if tinting my windows should be my first thing? There is liscenced guy that I know that will do it for 160 for the whole car, he is state liscenced and will give me a lifetime warenty. What are your thoughts? I don't want to spend too much as im still in college and have already put a new engine in this summer and done a few mods.

So any ideas of some good cheap things to do to make it look better?

Sell it and buy a car that already looks good.

well this is my first j body and also my first car, i just saved up enough to buy it as I said I am in college. It is my daily driver so can't afford to try to find another car while this one is sold. Plus I'm kinda attached to it :-)

Yes, tint the windows. 160 isn't a bad price for a professional to do it.

After that save for a drop, that makes a huge difference.

I still have a soft spot for Silver 00 Z's.

Theres some other things you can do to change the look with out a lot of money.

agreed on the window tint(just check local laws on which ones can be tinted and how dark),also if u have'nt done so already look into debadging and removing all side moldings from it,goes a long way to clean up the outside of just about any car.and it's free.
