try rubbing compound! if that don't work. wet sand it and buff it!

You do not need to wet sand it to re-clear it much less buff it. Well there is two options you can do:
First, Sand it with 1500 and work your way up, just make sure not to sand in one spot too long. Then, you can buff making sure not to stay in one spot too long.
Second, dry sand with 600, put two good coats of clear on it then, sand with 1500 and work your way up (sand enough to get rid of orange peel). Now your ready to buff. Make sure if you use a DA to sand use a interface pad. Or, just have a shop do it.
With sanding and buffing, the oxidation will come back sooner or later. Your best option will to have it re-cleared, body shop shouldn't charge much maybe couple hundred. I paid 150 to have a door on my wife's truck repainted.
