Without getting the hood? Most evil eye hoods you see are stock hoods with metal welded to the hood. Majority are fabricated not bought.

you can buy cheap plastic viynl and put it on the headlights. but still looks liek crap.
might as well just fabricate em, doesnt take much from a semi pro, just cut some metal to the size ya want, then weld em in, some lights gringing of the welds, slight putty........paint, good to go
