Ok, I bought lambo doors off a guy on here, and didnt realize when I picked them up....well, I put them on, and then went to put the shock in on the passenger side, and the little kind of metal pivot with the rubber(?) o ring looking thing around it is not there....anyone know if you can buy those peices themselves, or a way that I could make something work?? Thanks.

Dude you got owned. I know the part your talking about. The ball joint thing. I e-mailed Joe at MMS last year for a replacement part and he told me I'd have to get a whole new hinge cause they dont sell pieces of the hinges.
That may have changed though.
Joe sells parts separate... just need to email him.
I have tried to get ahold of him numerous times and nothing.....how do you guys get ahold of him??? Also, does that have to pivot?? Or could I just weld it in there since it unscrews anyway so I can still replace the shocks even if its welded...

Ok. Will those shock pivot things fit my hindges?? I'm not sure what brand mine are, but the shock bolt up style and the pivots look EXACTLY the same as my friends verdical doors kit. Also, is there supposed to be rubber around it or something?? Not sure...looks like the hole is too big for the pivot or something comparing it to the other good hindge. Thanks.

Take a picture of the good hinge... and the hinge that is missing parts... point to the area that you're questioning and we can go from there.
Ha...it was easier than I thought....I measured them both, top of hold and bottom on both hindges and the measurements were the same, and got under some really good light and there is no rubber peice there...it looks like that pivot will have to be pressed in though???....looks like its a tight fit....I sent an email to joe also, so hopefully he gets back to me, and maybe he can get me a pic of the MMS stuff so I can see if they are the same..im like 99.9% sure they are verdical doors brand...thats what I was told and has lots of simularitys to my friends verdical doors brand hindges. If the MMS ones wont fit or I cant find any...got any suggestions on ways to fix it???

Also, just found these...looks like they might work...I dont have the threaded part on mine but I can always get that off and see if the female part threads will let the shock thread in...if so I might be in luck..but it doesnt have the peice that comes out the back side (Bottom) and have the cotter pin in it...

I dont need the actual shock...I need the pivot bearing for the shock....sent them an email anyway though lol
