Are there any options for a brighter (either pure white or slight blue hued) bulbs for the stock 95-99 Z24 fogs?

Could always replace the 881 bulbs with 886.. there 50watt instead of 27 watt. I know on 2k+ fogs u can't upgrade the wattage without melting your housing but I've never heard of people having problems with the 99 and down.

Could always mount a projector in the housing and install HIDs in them as well. That is what I did on my 03 fogs. looks factory but if you look behind the fog lens you can see the projector lens

Interesting, I had not heard this before. Are they plug and play or do I need to change the socket? I've been thinking about getting the blazer projectors that everyone has, I just haven't had the time to do it yet.

Personally, I'd get some small projector housings that take H1s and fit them into the factory housing (painting the lense gunmetal, black, or body color). If the H1s aren't bright enough for you, use an HID kit.

When I still had my Z kit on, I was planning on doing something similar to this.

Same thing.. angled bulb, same plug, same twist in socket.

Here are some pics of my 00 fogs with blazer projectors retro'd into them. wanted to keep the factory look. the down fall for the blazers are, they are made for halogen bulbs not HID.. so the bulb's position is a little difference in the housing, this causes the cut off line to be a little fuzzy. you'll see what i mean
