Ok, Im mounting some Z24 skirts on my 4door..I know I can do self tappers underneath, maybe some tape on the sides..and what about the rear? Where can I screw into?

You're missing the mounting point on the rear. Most likely because they were never meant to be put on a 4 door, at least the 95-02 skirts weren't.. Probably not much you can do on the rear.

I've never noticed that the edge of the rocker panel is not there on the sedans. Is this normal? There should be about a 3/4" tab of the sheet metal bent at a 90 degree angle from the rocker panel. I'm guessing it's got something to do with the weatherstripping being there from the rear door.

If you have all of the factory clips for the skirts, you might be OK without the rear screws, but if there is any problem, I'd get a piece of 10 or 12 gauge sheet metal and make a small L bracket and have it tack welded to the inside of the wheel well to screw into. (make sure it's hit with some rust-converting sealer like POR-15)

Got it fixed..temporarily..

Found a random L bracket in the shed, tapped that into the bottom of my rocker panel, then tapped the bracket into the rear..it works perfect.

and it is normal for sedans to not have it.
