Changing just the muffler will change the sound, but the sound itself will not be very deep. This of course depends on the muffler but I'm guessing you will hear more rasp than you want.
Also, the mufflers you're looking at have a 2.25 IN diameter. Your cars stock size is just over 2". That may affect the sound s well depending on the way the mufflers designed.
I'd honestly just spend the extra couple bucks on a cat-back exhaust with a muffler such as the ones above. I just got my 03 done at a local muffler shop doing just that.

Hope this helps!
Stock exhust size is not over 2".
*under. My apologies
3rd gen's are 1 7/8's at stock
I went with a Magnaflow muffler for my '04 cav. Magnaflow offers a street and a race series of mufflers. Basically the racing mufflers are louder and are more towards people running shot or have turbos. I went with the street series muffler #14821. It has a nice deep sound all the way from idle to about 4,500rpm. It is quieter when you are stopped (obviously), but it really kicks in when you give it some gas.
Mine has a 4" tip on it. I paid about $152 for the installation on stock 2" piping. I don't have a turbo or anything so the street series was sufficient for me. I also didnt want to get a headache every time I go on a longer trip
hope that helps. I can post pics if you want
