This isn't my car but does anyone know if they make a lip for these models bumpers also anyone know where i could get that piece thats fills in the license plate holder?

There was a company that either was going ot make or did make a replica technic lip. Also ebay is your best bet for the filler or go to GM also check the classifieds.

Most likely is will be next to impossible to locate since they have been out of production since 1999 so that makes it a minimum or 11 years old. You should try a dealer maybe you can get lucky there or try posting in the classifieds or searching on google. Honestly it prob won't be an easy find.

License Plate Filler Panel or something like that. I've got one somewhere buried in my garage.

There are no lips for that bumper. Whiteboy used to make a replica Technic lip but ask anyone about their subpar attitude towards the JBO community. Other then that its a DIY project.
