Let me start by saying that I am new to all of this. I was wondering if front and rear lips can be attached to the base bumpers? Thanks in advance for any help.
depends on what years everything is from...

Would help if we knew what year car and style bumper you are referring to. But the answer is most likely yes but you will have to cut slits or drill some holes to attach the lips. I know my 02 had little cuts running form end to end that the lip attached through.
Fill out your profile so if you forget to say what car you have people can look at it.

Thanks for the responses so far. I have updated my profile I am working on getting pics posted. I have an 04 Cav LS Sedan. Thanks again for the help and any suggestions.
in your model year case .. 03-05 ls sport lips are actually part of the bumper itself making it a once piece bumper. in other words no you can not, leading to the point of getting a complete ls sport replacement bumper in the end
So do the RK Sport front and rear valances bolt on to the LS bumpers with no issues?
