Normally I get most of my parts from either local self service junk yards or from RockAuto.com. However I haven't been able to find a replacement passenger side rear quarter panel. For my 2003 Chevy Cavalier, its 2dr 5spd, with 2.2L eco. So if anyone has any suggestions that would be fantastic. Thanks in advance.
Also where would be a good place to find aftermarket front fenders?
Thanks again
from what the body shops have told me, is that the companies they usually get the replacement from,
does not have any in stock, and since there is not enuff demand for them, they are not making them.
so you either have to find a nice one in a junk yard, go to GM and buy the whole 1/4 panel,
or custom bend/shape and bondo a 1/4 onto your cav to make it look stock.
im guessing the best option would be to pull the dent (if its dented) and bondo the crap outta it.... i here the rear quarters are stupid hard to replace too

Eh, not hard, just time consuming...VERY time consuming. There are a @!#$ ton of spot welds around the edges to drill out, like 70 some per panel (I forget the actual number), but there are a lot of things that make it easy these days...such as panel bond epoxies...no need to weld on the new panel, just lay down panel bond, clamp, then do you seams with a seam sealer, sand it out and you're good to go.
Yah when i first started looking to replace it I found new (or atleast factory cert) ones starting at like $450. What is the best way to go about pulling the dent?
Before I say anything else, do you have a photo of your quarter panel with the damage? Like they stated above, it might be best to pull it out if its a dent.
