Ok... my car is a yellow '02 ls sport and I was thinking about painting the stock ground effects black all the way around. I wasn't sure so I'll ask you guys for your thoughts. Paint it or leave it? Thanks

depends on how ur gunna paint it, if its being done professionally, itll look good i think. DO NOT RATTLE CAN IT
meh, you could rattle can it if your'e not going for show quality finish and you take your time and prep it right. just get the paint code and match the paint.
take a pic of your car and post it in "image manipulation" asking for a color change
in my opinion, that looks just like an unpainted body kit, very ugly. of course everyone has their own opinions. do you mean just the side skirts? i would just leave it the same color as your car if i were you. if they are painted gray or white then yes, i would paint them black. you could get away with painting them yourself just do tons of sanding all the way up to 2000 grit using wet sandpaper techniques.
justin, why are you giving painting technique advice?
also where's your updates on your paint project.

Faith is based in repetive displays of quality. None of which you have shown.

This is Justins car. If you like what you see, take his advice.
Lol, I actually cringed at the pics of fiberglassing the skirts on. I give it two weeks before the warped skirts rip the fiberglass right off the quarter panels! Epic.
Wow... Point taken
Thanks for your opinions everyone... I wont do this because it kinda does look unfinished.

I freakin' LOVE those rims speedline
they are stock 2000 - 2004 Z24 wheels... when they were red and black, i had painted them. they are now powdercoated black with a prismatic flake. as much as i loved the paint, everytime i'd change a tire, i'd have to respray em.. and you can't powdercoat a fade like you can paint... so i went with the heavy flake direction
I'm liking that cav, speedline. You really made those z wheels look cool.
