The spoiler is off a Colbolt SS 4 door, and I have a 04 Cav 4 door. would with work or look good on my car?
any pics of anyone doing this at all?
i agree don't do it, But yes if you must it will work...
Just wondering sorry bout spelling,
So what do I do then? Leave the stock one...
And why should I not do it...?
I seem to remember a thread about this on the first page still.
Theres many many options out there. the Balt one just doesnt match the lines of the car.
If you ever need to, go to the Image Manipulation forum and theyre Photoshop anything you want on your car.
4door guys 4 door... only seen 2door ss spoilers on a cav.

thats still a 2 door ss spoiler
ok fair call.... i misread the opening sentence, i love the 03-05 spoiler on older cavs, maybe thats just me tho.
Do you mean this SS Sedan high-rise wing? I was actually curious how this wing would look on a J.
I type spiler in the search and didnt find what I was really lookin for.
This guy wants to sell the spoiler for 120.00 painted silver. I dont think the silver will match an 04 but its worth a shot.
I'll get a pic of the spoiler i'm lookin at. its The 4 Door SS so i assume that Miss Jazer is correct
Well there's your problem. It's SPOILER not spiler LOL
Anyways, the trunk of the Cav was the same for both coupe and sedan. The high rise doesn't look good. You're better off with a non TRD celica wing like Crusing 4dr did to his car.

But to answer the question, they'll fit. It's just a matter of working on it and having patience. But the look isn't all that. It's too ricey.

I've never actually tried swapping trunks, but they look to have the same angle and slope to me. It's Sunfire / Cavalier trunk that's vastly different.
The one he's looking at thats being sold is the SS coupe highrise. I don't think it'll look bad. Better then the TRD in the thread above.

Yes. Cavalier sedan and coupes have the same lids.
Sunfires are way different.

Is that your car? If so you have no place to say what spoiler does or doesn't look good.
If it is not and you're trying to show a Cobalt SS spoiler you fail as this is not one.
But you are right about the Cobalt SS high rise spoiler on Cav, it looks terrible.
its a good example of to what it would look like. And i think you are correct.
i think would be way to ricy and make me look like something i'm not.
I'm still a little confused about your first statment

why would I not have a place to say if its my car.... just wondering your thought on that... I like the taillights tho scott car looks good
and no that isn't my car, I have a 2004 4door as disclosed in the original posting

He means that if that is your car you have horrible taste in exterior mods and should not be giving advice.
180hp in 1989 or 260hp in 2008, you decide. Quad < Ecotec
oh haha, thanks for the clarification
