Fixing Front Bumper

When I picked up the bumper this was still straight. I'm not sure when it got all wavy, but now I need to know how to correct the problem. If you can't tell its the middle piece on the very bottom.

If you have bumped anything with that front piece, it will cause it to flex up, and sometimes stay that way. You can attempt to reform it with a heat gun, but becareful as to not to burn the paint off. Just take ur time, and heat it up a little, and try to bend it back down. Goodluck.

I had a wave in my bumper, I c-clamped it and let it sit in the sun for the day while it was off the car. Worked perfectly.
