So, i installed my tokico hpk series shocks/struts and their custom made 1.5" performance lowering springs. And still the right (passenger) side of my car sits up .5" higher than the driver side. You are able to tell by wheel gap. Are all cavaliers like this that are 03-05? or any ideas/comments?
How long ago did you install the springs. Most likely they just haven't settled fully. The springs may not settle simultaneously since roads obviously aren't consistant but they should even out.
you need to install the really fat person passenger seat mod.
For some reason, all years of the J has always sat about 1/2" higher in the front passenger side than the driver side. Some think it's because of the weight distribution of the car, and/or because of the placement of the battery. Regardless, yes this has been pretty well documented over the years as normal. Only way around it is to go with coilovers....

i somewhat have this problem, only its the rear passenger side of mine, never noticed until i took my 17's off for winter
Yea I notice with my coilovers all the way down front passenger has more gap the driver side. I always figured it was because the transmission was on that side. Mine isnt half an inch but there is a difference.
lol i had a half coil break off the stock spring so my car sits level in front... but back end is way up.. and really soft
