I was wondering if anyone has done a projector retro fit on the 03+ sunfire headlights. I tried a search on here but nothin came up.

i havent, but im plan on doing something as soon as i get a set of projectors and a second set of headlights
I have, there are MAJOR size issues with the projectors you choose. Even with the most compact projectors on the market, you still have some issues.
I built them for member here on the org, i will try to hunt down some pics and post them.
Anything specific you are looking for? info, build specs??

These are a pretty difficult retro due to the space behind the headlight issue on this model. there is not a whole lot of room in the housings either, so you have to use a small projector, and be ready for some rad support modification.
im not too worried, im getting pretty good at fabbing stuff up
i made mine but johns ur best bet, exellent work.
gary, what type of projectors did you use, and how much modification did you end up having to do to the rad support on those, look good btw.
your probably going to have a laugh with this but i use a set out of think it was late 90's chrysler concorde. Hears a tread with the only real photos i have of it....

No rad support mods or anything, my one is slightly screwed up,When i re-opened them last winter and added the halo's, i mounted it a bit to close to the lens and it moved the projector over slightly when i glued it so my cut off isn't perfect.
