I searched first, but only found pics of the front, and no info on the back. How do you put the 00-02 Ls sport rear lip, on an 00 base model rear bumper? it doesn't match up at all.

Do you guys cut the tabs off, or cut holes for the tabs, or just get a new bumper?

what u need too do is screw it into the wheel well. than start cutting the slits in the cover so it can flush to the bumper. or cut tabs and bond it on. there is a space gap for the exhaust tip so left side is shorter.

like i said when i was gonna put it on mine i was just gonna cut the holes in the bumper and then drill a few small holes next to each "clip hole" in the bumper and zip tie the whole damn thing in place lol.

but like wayne said you could always cut the tabs off and basically epoxy the thing in place, though honestly i'd trust some type of mechanical fastener a hell of alot more.

Oh yeah sorry I didn't mention it showed up today. Right on time! I remembered what you said but I pictured it wrong and then was way confused when I lined it up

lol, i did the same thing when i first got it and just held it up to my bumper i was like what the @!#$! it'll be a pain getting it lined up just right so that you can cut slots in the bumper so you know where the clips slide in but shouldn't be too bad.

When i put mine on my 01 z24. I jsut cut the slits in the bumper, and used to factory clips or w/e they call those things to hold it up. and drilled the screw into each wheel well after. worked perfect.
