okay so ive been trying to replace this ever since i bought this car., but i have no idea what it is, just the fact that its all broken and cracked pisses me off lol
so if anyone knows what this is called or what the purpose even is, and where i can find a replacement please let me know.
if its nothing important im just gonna take the remaining pieces off. it looks like its just bolted on. im not sure if it went all around or if it was just the sides

I went to take it off yesterday finally, and it's part of the wheel well liner.
Huge piss off. I gotta cut it if I wanna take it off.
