Are air intakes easy to install?

As stated above, they are VERY easy. Im my opinion it can be the easiest mod to do.

lol you dont have to do that but seriously just read and look around for a couple months before really doing anything ive been where you are and most of the stuff i did when i first got my car i ended up regreting and getting rid of anyway
true i just want to do little things for now.
This^ trust me I'm still fixing stuff I did to mine, best bet is do things slowly and don't go the cheap route specially with suspencion and go fast parts, and your best bet is to go back to old post types you're interested in and read them, also find other j owners around you
