Where are they? I've checked the spare tire cover, the gas latch thing, the doors, the glove box.... it's a 1995 2.2 coupe if that makes a difference

I have not looked for the colour code on my sunfire yet, but i know on my BMW they did it through the VIN, on my Monte Carlo it was on the door, and i had a car that had it in the owners manual once. Hope that helps
Should be under the spare tire cover in the rear. It will b on the bottom of the rpo label, across from the BC/CC line. They usually start with a WA or a U prefix.

Does the vin on the label mathc your car? I assume the spare tire cover might have been replaced at one point.

call a GM dealer with your vin, they can get the paint code for you.
Put your VIN into the VIN decoder on www.compnine.com
That will tell you your build options, including your colour code.
