Havent been active on this site in quite a while due to work/ graduation.
Since my last update- I've toyed with some smaller details.
blacked out tails (Last week)
Blacked out 'fogs' (today)
STICKERBOMB<3 sometime last month,
Tow hook (See track times on windshield)
and whatever else i decide to include in the following photos.
Not looking for critique, unless you've actually got some good ideas.
Im happy, and that's all that matters.

What did you use to black out the tails? How was light output affected by it/ did you upgrade your bulbs? Im thinking about blacking mine out as well...

I VHTd them the RIGHT way.
Scrubbed them down with brake simple green/ windex to get a clean base, then sanded them with progressively finer sandpapers to give me something to adhere to.
Wipe down with mineral spirits, lay a few coats of spray, sanding between each with 2000 grit wet paper, and finally put four coats of clear on.
i did not upgrade the bulbs yet, (I may not do it, period) only because the light output REALLY isnt cut down on the tails.
On my fogs, it is; but i only use them for signals anyway.
I recently ordered a pair of 2500K intense yellow HIDs to go into my mains, and some amber bulbs to go into my fogs, giving me a nice yellow/ red light combination up front. Mean status.
Def do yours if thats what you're into man. Just make SURE you do them when the humidity is less than 70 percent, otherwise, you'll be cracking like a mofo.
It looks like a Civic threw up all over your car.
Like the tails though. Mine faded out really bad. Stupid Duplicolor.

I wouldn't put 2,500k hid's in the headlights..... Doesn't ever look right. Put those in the fogs. And I didn't know a spraypainted eye bolt was considered a tow hook now.. What's up with the striped turn signals? Sorry, But to me it just looks like you got ahold of some spraypaint and stickers..
I do like the car though and feel there is alot of potential for it, And you seem to take some nice pictures

What can i say- I work at a hardware store. That eyebolt could safely hold 5K lbs. Gotta use whatever's available, right?
As for the side markers- I wanted something a little different. Connecticut is pretty boss when it comes to cops not busting your stones, so i figured why not.
Photo wise- That's what makes me my living. (Lord knows that retail doesnt-)

the pics on your site look legit! You've got some nice work man! These look a little over-processed though. Glad to hear you got rid of some of the stickers, they just don't fit, especially on a stock, gold, Sunfire... keep at the pictures though, I like what I see!
I need to get ahold of some printing and more photography gear and set up my own site, haha!

I didnt try at all with these photos. For some reason, my phone wouldnt allow me to email the pics that i was taking on it; so i had to go grab the DSLR.
Shot at ISO 200 = terrrible color at the speeds and aperture that i was using.
These were just non artistic, quick ref shots.

If it doesnt downpour tomorrow, Im thinking of taking the car and cam out to the beach, parking on the sand, and running 500 feet of 0 gauge power cable out there to run all of my lights to do a full on shoot.
My car deserves it. Ive had her for a year now, and i've never actually allowed her to pose.

i'll be honest. i liked it, alot.
only two things i would change. the towhook, i like it, just not the color, does not flow and doesn't have the right kind of standout for the "opposite" of flow. different color and it'd be awesome imo. for instance you had like a lime green sticker underneath the passenger side headlight, now although i think that sticker was all alone and out of place had the tow hook been lime green as well, it would've tied into it, know what i'm saying? it doesn't matter if lime green doesn't go with the gold color of your car cuz you've got more than one lime green thing on your car, especially since it'd be same general area.
and as far as the stickerbombing, i think the mirror sail was awesome, everything else looked scattered and just not "connected" in any way. if you did like a whole body panel for instance it would look alot better, like you did with the mirror sail.
and, i would also like to say nice job on the pics, they were very well done.
next time you say your'e happy stick to it. don't just change cuz jbo wants you to.
