I've done a few things to my car since I was last around. I got a spoiler and some wheels. I wouldn't say the wheels were the exact ones I wanted...I wanted something more machined and two-toned, but I think they still look good. Something about it just doesn't look right to me though...I don't know if it needs a body kit or a drop or what.
Sorry, these are not the best quality.
Also, I know everyone's inherently anti-stripes, but I think they're well executed.
15% tint all around, blacked out tails and a 2" drop = sex
Look into Eibach Sportlines and Tokico Dspecs. Either way, I like the wheels man, nice and clean

Nicely said except for the "man" part. The OP is female. Lol A drop would really help with the "something doesnt seem right" vision you have. As for the stripes dont remove them. I am SERIOUSLY tempted to throw on some 8 inch wide silver stripes on my car. Ive always loved rally stripes and they might just make a comeback.
Yeah the best thing you can do next is a drop even a light drop like my pro kit on agx's cheapest proper drop without breaking the bank and then tint
Modding my j since I found the org
Thanks for pointin out my fail lol. Anyways, a BC2 or LS sport kit would look good too
Id like to add, and this is just my opinion, remove the dealer rice "sport coupe" decal. i think it would look alot cleaner without it. Im not a fan of the racing/rally strips but to each their own
Looks clean, I think the wheels would look sick with a nice lowering spring on your car. Stripes do look a bit loud in white, gunmetal would be a more settle look if you wanted to keep them.
Are the rims Excel Speeds?
"Oil Leak ? What oil Leak ? Oh, Thats Just The Sweat From All The HorsePower!!"
Thanks for the tips, guys. I saw another 05 Cav that blackened out the tails and it looked really good. As for the stripes, I think they look really good on a Cavalier, to be honest. Yeah, the Sport Coupe decal came with the car, I don't really know if I like it or not.
Like others have said, a drop and tint (windows and tails) would be a huge plus.
I don't know how much you're lookin' to spend but a lip kit of some sort would look good too. Maybe the RKSport kit?
And the stripes, although not my style, look good. IMO
Stripes look good, just get them on the spolier to continue the flow of them, remove the side stripes and sport coupe, tint, drop, and a LSS kit and that will be a sexy car IMO but either way good start! Keep it up!

x2
p.s. those stripes on the side look like they were put on crooked. i.m.o
Rip all the decals off...stripes and all..then order some silver stripes and put them on...will look much better, especially if you can find the dealer option stripes from an 03-05.
I like the side decals actually, but as mentioned earlier they do look a little crooked. Do remove the sport coupe part though, cursive script doesn't look right on the exterior of almost any car. Definately give it a drop! skip on the kit unless you happen to find the Extreme Tuner kit
it is a nice car. I too think it needs a drop. It will also handle better as well.

This ^^ if you want "racing" stripes like that, the dealer option ones look the best by far. The pinstripe alongside the sport coupe annnnnd "racing" stripes... its all too busy. Otherwise the awkward look it has is caused by the 4x4 stance. Aftermarket rims accentuate the wheel gap on stock suspension.
Well, I've always hated that pinstripe so I took it off finally. Luckily there was some adhesive remover in the garage. I don't like the cursive letters either so they'll be the next to go, though I do like the actual stripe things. I don't like the way the stripes look in the back, and they're too thin...but something about the dealer option stripes is too round for me.
So for now, future plans are tinting the tails, lowering, and possible stripe removal if I can find a better option.
